Welcome to iBarons with Jordan Wirsz. As a real estate investor for more than the last decade, I've seen the good, bad and the ugly when it comes to real estate investments. During the roughly $500,000,000 of transactions under my belt, I've seen just about everything I could imagine (and couldn't imagine). The reality is, real estate is not the "fool proof easy way to riches" that your average infomercial touts it to be. It's far more complex with far more nuances to categorize real estate investing in that way. Your average real estate "salesperson" will boast about the investment returns, but more often than not, they have less experience in owning real estate than you do. That is why I've created iBarons… A real place for real people to gather and learn about investing in real estate. I believe that the U.S. market has unbelievable potential and opportunity moving forward… I believe that the worst is behind us, and that those who are not bogged down by fear, who take action, will create generational wealth in the years ahead. I share my knowledge and philosophies with those who are eager to learn because I truly enjoy sharing my passion with others.
